We will provide you a quote within 4 hours of receiving your consignment or small turn-key RFQ for your PCB needs. For turn-key projects, we will provide you a quote as soon as pricing becomes available for your components listed in the Bill of Materials (BOM).
PCB Layout – Please include schematic, design constraints, design spec., and turnaround time for your Layout project in the RFQ. Our PCB Designers will contact your Engineering staff and will discuss further about the project and requirements after your RFQ is reviewed.
PCB Fabrication – Please include Fab Drawing, Layer structures, and special instructions if any along with your Gerber data in the RFQ. In addition, please specify quantity and turnaround time for your PCB made. Our Engineer will contact your Engineering staff to verify your Gerber data if needed.
PCB Assembly – Please include Assembly Drawing, Bill of Materials (BOM), and special instructions if any in the RFQ. In addition, please specify quantity and turnaround time for your finished goods. We offer 1-day service for consignment with volume of 50 boards or less.
